This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or trainee property candidate to join an established and well-known Estate Agency & Lettings firm as a Lettings Negotiator with OTE of £23-24,5000.
Our client is looking for a person either with some property experience or a trainee looking to get into property, to join their North Devon branch as a Lettings Negotiator. You will either have some lettings, estate agency, customer service or property management experience (this could be holiday lettings) and be highly organised with good admin and IT skills. You will be good at multi-tasking and working in a busy environment and have excellent people skills as well as be of a calm and friendly nature.
The role will involve all manner of lettings admin, dealing with enquiries, negotiating lets, booking and conducting viewings and valuations as well as some inspections, check-ins and any other lettings duties as required.
The opening hours for the office are 08:45 to 18:00 Monday – Friday and 09:00 – 15:00 on Saturdays. You will be required to work alternative Saturdays (with a lieu day so a 5-day week) and to also assist with Bank Holiday cover.
Salary will be dependent on experience but IRO £18-20,000 with OTE in the region of £23-24,500.
