Lettings Negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an independent multi office estate agency in Horchurch. Our client are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who is self-motivated, enthusiastic whilst looking to progress their career.
Some key responsibilities:
·Registering new applicants
·Arranging and attending viewings
·Following up and carrying out feedback
·Negotiating between tenants and landlords
·Marketing of properties
Key skills:
·One years Lettings experience
·Strong negotiation skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Well presented with a positive attitude
·Willingness to exceed expectations through giving high customer service
·Being a team player
·Honest and trustworthy
·A full clean driving licence
SALARY: £12,000 - £15,000.00 doe
OTE £25,000 - £30,000 pa
