A rare and exciting opportunity has emerged for an ambitious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading, locally recognised Estate Agent in their Langley office. The agency operates at the top of the marketplace and benefits from fantastic marketing and an outstanding local reputation.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be required to arrange viewings for applicants, liaise with clients, negotiate and agree lettings and generally support the residential lettings team. In addition, there will be some focus on developing increased business within the local market.
You will also be joining a company that can offer a structured career path and the opportunity to work with some of the area’s leading agents.
To apply for this role, you would need a minimum of 6-12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
