This is a well established, reputable, professional brand of estate agents who are looking to a recruit polished, driven and motivated experienced Lettings negotiator for their busy modern branch.
As part of a dynamic team you will be expected to cover a range of duties, but the main thrust of the role is to book lettings viewings, rental market appraisals, financial services appointments, landlord feedback, accompany viewings, negotiate lets and much more.
These agents are looking for candidates with agency experience and knowledge of the current lettings legislations also any lettings qualifications will be looked upon favourably.  
Must come with a proven track record in customer service and meeting targets in a property environment . A smart and professional character is of the up most importance from someone who will feel confident dealing with all types of properties and clients.
The successful candidate must be well presented, articulate, forward thinking and a team player.
