Their aim is to create a referral business and maintain clients for life business.
They are looking for an Experienced lettings Negotiator to join their team in Sidcup and the successful candidate will join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Skills and experience required -
·Previous experience essential
·Driven individual that is self motivated, ambitious, confident and demonstrates a passion for property with a determination to succeed.
Duties will include:
·Booking and carrying out viewings on available properties to rent
·Building a relationship with applicants and negotiating offers between landlords
·Carry out property inspections
·Dealing with maintenance issues
·Ensuring smooth deal progression and move ins
·Ensuring referencing and proof of Identification are adhered to
·Providing constructive and consultative feedback to landlords.
·Distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing.
·Checking properties prior to commencement of the tenancy.
·Must be customer service orientated with good people skills.
·Financially driven with a motive to earn
·Hard working and focused
·Organised and a team player.
·Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable
·Full UK clean driving licence
·Competitive basic salary between £16,000 to £18,000 per annum depending on experience.
·Sole use of pool car
·Commission - 5% on all lets and 5% on any new full management and bonuses.
·9-5 Monday - Friday
·9-4 on a Saturdays with a day off in the week
·If there is an occasion where you will be required to do viewings after 5pm you will get those hours back.
