They are currently in search of a driven individual that thrives in a target focused environment, joining their team as a Lettings Negotiator. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the local market, current legislations and will be able to offer the support and advice to all customers throughout the rental process.
Duties will include:
-Generating new business via property appraisals
-Booking and attending viewings
-Following up on all appointments and providing the landlord with feedback
-Receive, record, negotiate and present offers
-Compile property paperwork and keep up to date records
-Listing new properties
-Providing exceptional customer service
-Property phone outs
The ideal candidate will have:
-Full UK driving license
-Dedication and strong motivation skills

The successful candidate will be provided with first class training and development opportunities, with fantastic earning potential.
Working hours are between 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 8.45am – 5pm on Saturdays (working schedule can be negotiable)
Salary is £19,000 up to £21,000 plus commission (negotiable based on experience)
