Great opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator / administrator to join an established, friendly letting agency in the central Exeter area with basic salary negotiable but IRO £18-20,000 pa.

Our client is looking for a bright spark to join their team. You will ideally have some experience in the lettings industry and great admin and IT skills.
The role will involve most of the lettings process to include meeting and registering new clients, lettings administration, viewings, dealing with deposit releases and inspections. You will need to be dynamic and organised with a professional and friendly nature, smartly presented and willing to muck in, in a small but busy office. You also need your own car and a clean licence.

Salary in the region of £18-20,000 and working hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and currently no weekends. They are looking for an early July start.
