Experienced Lettings Viewings negotiator required for Established Independent Letting Agency in the Penryn & Falmouth areas, with a superb reputation in the local area and great career prospects for the right candidate as they like to promote from within.
Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented and driven lettings viewings negotiator to work in their beautiful Cornwall lettings office. They are an extremely busy office so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task and organise your own workload daily. You will ideally have at a year’s lettings or property management experience and be able to hit the ground running. Your role will be to learn about the properties and show them to potential tenants as well as to sell them other potential services such as insurance.
In return you will be working for a very respected firm with a friendly team and receive a starting salary of around £20,000 per annum depending on experience and a pool car is available to candidates over 25.
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with every other Saturday (9am – 4pm) with a day off in lieu for every Saturday worked.
