Lettings Negotiator / Manager
If you have lettings experience and can offer great customer service skills, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of pro-activity, this role could be for you.
As lettings negotiator you will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch as well as generating new leads to encourage business growth.
Our team all work closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose us to market their properties.
Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:
·Communicating with clients in a professional manner over the phone, face to face and by email.
·Arranging and attending viewings
·Arranging valuations and other diary appointments
·Negotiating rental offers and agreeing terms with all parties involved
·Work within the team to achieve targets and improve performance
·Preparing tenancy agreements and other lettings documentation
·Arranging CP12’s, EPC’s and EICR’s as required
·Filing and general office administration
·Handling of initial move in monies and registration of Security Deposit
·In addition, supporting the team with inventories, property inspections, check in appointments and check out appointments
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
·Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
·Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and in line with company requirements
·Able to multi-task
·Determined - Be willing to go the extra mile
·Full Clean Driving Licence
·Access to own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Hours of work - Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm (with lieu day)
