Our brand offers a full letting and property management service across major cities within the UK. We’ve doubled our lettings stock every year since we started in 2013, and our focus for 2019 and beyond is rapidly expanding in London.
As well as a national lettings agency, our group of companies spans across investment, tax and property development.

You will be joining a high achieving team of enthusiastic, ambitious, supportive property professionals with big plans on the horizon! We pride ourselves on our outstanding processes, vibrant company culture, strong values and collaborative approach.
This isn’t a traditional lettings role. We’re not an “online agent”, but we don’t have branches either.
You’ll spend the majority of your time doing what you’re best at:
·Meeting potential landlord clients to generate new business
·Talking to applicants
·Conducting property viewings
While it’s still imperative to be highly organised, our central national team will take care of more of the administrative duties than is typical for this role.
You’ll have a proven track record of over-achievement: meeting targets, generating new business, and communicating with landlords. 
You will be determined to get the deal done and apply creativity and tenacity to work through the inevitable obstacles. Additionally, you will be keen to be at the forefront of our plans for major expansion in Nottingham.
You’ll be able to work without direction whilst being timely and organised. Even when you’re spending all day running around the city, you’ll never lose focus on the most important tasks to be working on.
