Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy town centre office. The role offers huge opportunities to broaden your existing skills and genuine career progression.
The role of Lettings Negotiator involves qualifying potential tenants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include a team meeting, showing properties to prospective tenants, negotiating offers, meeting new clients, managing existing clients? properties, closely communicating with colleagues and liaising with landlords whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions. Previous experience is preferred with on-going training provided.

-Previous lettings or estate agency experience an advantage
-Excellent presentation and communication skills

-Your own car and a full, current driving licence
-To consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service

Normal hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. 1 in every 4 Saturday.
