Duties to include:
-General administration duties
-Arranging property works
-Ensuring the database us up to date
-Registering new tenants
-Assisting with maintenance scheduling
-Delivering constructive feedback
-Checking people in and out of properties
Duties will vary and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever needed.
The ideal candidate:
-Honest, trustworthy and friendly
-A minimum 1 years lettings experience in a Negotiator or Property Management role
-Full driving license
-Strong knowledge of the current lettings legislation
-Polite and well mannered
