Our Client are an industry leading firm and are looking for an experienced Lettings person to join them in Bradley Stoke.
Principle Accountabilities: ·
·Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let ·
·Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords ·
·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to

The right candidate needs to be an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal and great attention to detail.

·Ability to achieve targets and to manage your time accordingly ·
·Ability to work long hours ·
·Ability to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest lettings legislation
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.30pm & alternate Saturday’s 9am-5pm (with lieu day in the week).
Salary: £16k-£18k dependent upon experience with a realistic OTE of £22k-£24k.
NB: Candidates must have their own car – mileage will be paid when used and the candidate will also have access to a company pool car.
