Our client is an award winning local agent in Holmfirth, and due to their continued success are now seeking a self-organised, professional and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

The duties include:

¡Be responsible for the day to day management of properties for let, under application and those having our fully managed or rent collection service.
¡Ensuring landlords have regular contact with proposed lettings care advice (minimum once every week) whilst available
¡Provide viewing feedback, arranging viewings, deal with internet enquiries and ensuring all lettings viewing applicants are updated on their viewing status before the end of each day.
¡Handling offers made by applicants and ensure that they act within the best interest of the landlord at all times, including offering advice and recommendations.
¡Be responsible for managing properties including maintenance, inspections and handling end of tenancies.
¡Ensure that all in house policies and procedures are adhered to including conforming to The Data Protection act, clear desk policy, HMRC AML regulations and training, Right to Rent Regulations as well as logging and handling complaints within the designated time frame.
¡Responsible for upselling services where possible including EPC arrangement, inventory arrangement, promotion of managed service and obtaining removals quotes and financial services advice if required.
¡They must have a desire to learn new processes and a passion to deliver high quality work, whilst maintaining high ethics and values is essential.

Skills and qualities of a suitable candidate:
¡Administration and information technology experience
¡Strong attention to detail
¡Communication and negotiation skills
¡Well-presented and nicely spoken
¡Confident and professional 
¡A keen problem solver
¡A full UK driving licence and car is desirable but not essential

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.

The working hours for this role will be:

Monday-Friday: 9am-5.30pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm with time back in lieu.
