Are you looking for a new role in the Property Industry? We are seeking a lettings negotiator / property administrator for a full time position, with a lovely Exeter firm. There would also be Saturdays on a rota.
Our client is an established Estate & Letting Agency located in Exeter City Centre.  They are looking for an experienced lettings candidate who is looking for a new role in lettings.  Day to day duties will be varied but will include organising and carrying out viewings, general lettings administration, utility change overs and taking meter readings on rental properties.  There would also be the opportunity to carry out lettings valuations or to train up to do this if no experience.
Because the office manages a high proportion of student properties, this role would ideally suit someone who does not need time off during school holidays and other seasonal periods which are busy student times.
Salary £19-23,000 depending on experience and use of pool car if over 25.  If under 25 and using own car, mileage is paid.
Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30pm and saturdays on a rota.
