A quality independent Lettings Agent in Bath are seeking a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join their busy and welcoming team.
Well known for their attentive customer service and true passion for the property industry, they are eager to secure a likeminded individual to their team.
Duties to include:
Arranging and attending viewings
Registering new applicants
Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
Gathering and delivering clear feedback to landlords
Provide an exceptional front of house service
Being first point of contact for all enquiries and complaints
Liaising with third parties in relation to requests answering calls and other administration work
Duties will vary, and you will be expected to lend a hand where ever is needed.
The ideal candidate:
Naturally passionate about the Lettings
Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
A keen problem solver
6 Months minimum Lettings expeience
Strong IT skills in Microsoft programs
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Fantastic customer service experience and skills
Warm and friendly disposition
Front of house experience
Well-mannered and nicely presented
Good administration experience and skills
Willingness to go the extra mile
Committed to longevity within their next role
