We have an exciting opportunity for Lettings /Negotiators to join a vibrant and growing Lettings team.
Our client is seeking 4 talented individuals to join them, you can be based from home or in one of their offices. You must be willing to travel and stay away on occasions for up to 5 days.
You will be joining a leading social housing provider who quite literally, transforms peoples lives.
Managing around 31,500 homes in England for over 65,000 customers, including affordable properties for general rent, shared ownership and sale, alongside specialist accommodation such as retirement and supported living schemes for older and vulnerable people, Foyers and womens refuges.
Their bold house-building programme of 2,800 new homes by 2022 is driven by their vision of everyone having the opportunity to have a place they can call home.
Now looking for experienced lettings negotiators to manage the lettings of their current and new build homes in one of their main offices; Dudley, Hereford, Bristol, Milton Keynes and Calderdale.
Youll be part of a vivacious team within a mobile working culture, and have real passion for doing things differently. You will be responsible for:
Submitting online marketing and advertising on various property portal
Creating and managing individual marketing plans for each new development
Matching applicants to empty properties
Dealing with tenancies
Arranging viewing and sign ups
Arranging and ensuring properties have valid gas and safety certificates
Communicating with stakeholders
And the best bit - handing over the keys to a new home!
The successful candidate will have/be;
A proven track record in lettings
First class communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop long term business relationships and network in the local community.
A natural ability to influence and negotiate, complemented by strong leadership skills.
The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities at any one time
Highly developed organisational skills
A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous working environment
A flexible approach to work as you may be required to travel/work away from home at times
Due to the requirements of the role, it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence and have access to a car.
