A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join our friendly team overseeing our Lincoln and Gainsborough portfolios.
The successful candidate will have extensive lettings knowledge, be expected to hit the ground running, taking on all responsibilities needed to run a successful lettings department.
We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and driven individual to add to an already successful business.
New business generation and valuations experience within the lettings industry, along with a working knowledge of Industry regulations and best practice is essential.
A previous background in lettings legislation and regulations is required, however this doesn’t have to be with managerial experience.
Full support will be provided by Senior Management and Directors so you can concentrate on winning the business and driving the portfolio forward.
This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity for someone wishing to have the satisfaction of running their own department and watching this area of the business grow.
This role would be ideal for an existing Lettings Manager wanting more freedom and scope to progress, or a senior lettings negotiator looking to progress their career in Lettings.

This established, modern office in Lincoln are a warm and friendly team and are known for their quality of service as well as being a pro-active and dynamic company. They are looking to recruit an established sales valuer who can win instructions at a competitive fee level and at a realistic price.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for carrying out market appraisals, will be passed leads from the team but must be prepared to self generate through networking, door knocking and leaflet dropping as well as cross sell associated products such as financial services and conveyancing. The role is targeted on both conversion rate and fee.
The company pride themselves on delivering first class customer service, and want someone with a similar philosophy. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years industry experience and must really enjoy meeting clients, target orientated and be self driven.
Overseeing the sales department/team
Responsible for conducting all sales appointments including market appraisals, valuations, and viewings. Must be proactive in looking for new opportunities to assist clients with all their products and services.
Have a natural energy and confidence that drives you to succeed in all aspects of your role and a proven track record in a target driven environment.
 Have a genuine passion for the property industry.
Have a good understanding of compliance requirements and relevant legislation
 Generating new business
- Conducting market appraisals, comparables and valuations
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers and vendors
- promoting available properties online, phone and in person
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Promoting brand awareness
- Keeping up to date with all relevant legislation
- Using sound judgement and knowledge to accurately value

- Full driving license is essential
