Lettings Manager vacancy within highly sought after Tiverton based independent estate agency with superb reputation in the industry and OTE in the region of £25,000 pa.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least two years experience in lettings either an experienced manager or a senior negotiator seeking a move into a managerial role.
The role will involve:
·Overseeing office systems and compliance to include GDPR regulations
·Registering New tenants and landlords
·Organising and carrying out viewings and valuations
·Passing property management issues to the relevant department
·Some lettings administration
·Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions
We are looking for a driven, organised and well presented person with excellent admin and IT skills and their own car. An ARLA qualification would be preferred but not essential as the company will put you through training and qualifications. On target earnings in the region of £25,000 pa plus benefits.
