An energetic and motivated Lettings Manager is required by a successful multi-office independent Estate Agency for their offices in the Fleet area.
As Lettings Manager you will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years residential lettings experience (either as a Senior Negotiator or as a Branch Manager) and will able to demonstrate a proven track record of increasing business levels.
You will need to be well-presented, articulate, hard-working, a real team player and a person who thrives on exceeding set targets.
