Eager to secure a Lettings Manager in their Worle, Weston Super Mare office, our client are certainly a cut above the rest.
-Must have at least 1 year's lettings experience
-Responsible for increasing new business levels
-Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords
-Oversee the tenant viewing and application process
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
-Professional, positive and enthusiastic approach
-Full UK driving licence required
Hours of work and Holiday:
9am ? 6pm Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays 9am ? 4pm with a day off in lieu
20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
Full time, permanent
