They are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager with excellent man management skills to oversee their branch in Totton which also covers Shirley.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To oversee the Totton and Shirley lettings team, and to continue to ensure that the office reaches its full potential for success levels whilst providing excellent service to all its clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It will be your ultimate responsibility to ensure that the office generates at a profitable rate and enjoys success whilst meeting individual and office targets.
You will be responsible for developing the office through advertising and marketing, carrying out market appraisals and property instructions, mentoring and recruitment of staff, setting personal and office targets, management meetings etc. This is one of the smaller offices with a portfolio of around 160-180 properties so would suit a senior lettings negotiator or property manager looking to move into a managerial role.
Previous lettings experience is essential and strong man management skill will be required. You will also be focused, driven and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A company car will be provided to carry out your duties.
Basic salary in the region of £18-20,000 with OTE up to £32,000.
