ÂˇTo create and develop valuations and lets within the branch both by pro actively generating leads and management of lettings staff.
ÂˇTo manage own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximizing the potential of staff and resources of the branch.
ÂˇTo provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with excellent customer service
ÂˇTo build good relations with customers, as well as colleagues across the department.
ÂˇTo achieve targets and objectives.
ÂˇActively pursue new business and establish a marketing and canvassing plan
ÂˇAnalysing market and customer needs and selling to those needs
ÂˇProviding in branch training and coaching as required by staff
ÂˇConduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
ÂˇDealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
ÂˇCompletion of all appropriate section of check lists in full and on time
ÂˇMaximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
ÂˇDrive lead generation through insurances, utilities and other third party suppliers
ÂˇEnsuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies
ÂˇEnsure all notes are completed onto the software system
ÂˇExcellent knowledge of the Lettings industry
ÂˇPro active, dynamic and forward thinking
ÂˇCapable of generating new business
ÂˇExperience of managing a team
ÂˇStrong negotiator and valuer
ÂˇCapable team leader
