A leading upmarket firm in the Bath area looking for a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join their highly successful and well established team.
Looking for somebody with excellent customer service and administration ability, the ideal candidate for the role will have a small amount of experience working in lettings or will be looking to start a career in the Property sector with a recognised and highly reputable brand.
Duties of the role will vary dependant upon experience but will include:
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Dealing with deposit returns
- Arranging for keys to be cut
- Attending occasional viewings
- Check ins/outs (depending upon experience)
- Maintaining the database
- General lettings administration
- Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries where required
The successful candidate for the role will be flexible and willing to adapt to varying responsibilities. You will be well presented and keen to carve a career for yourself in the upper end of the Bath lettings market.
