Are you an experienced lettings negotiator who is looking for a fresh challenge with a market leading independent?
Due to an internal promotion and increased business levels they are looking at making an addition to the team with the lettings department.
The role will be based in their well positioned and established office in Tamworth.
Duties will include: ensuring the smooth running of the office & good diary management, registering & qualifying applicants, booking viewings and valuations, carrying out viewings at available and tenanted
properties including organising access and referencing applicants. Keeping up to date and on top of legal duties. Reporting feedback to landlords and tenants.
Candidates should possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be conversant in Microsoft Word/Office and Excel. The ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential.
A methodical and exacting approach to administration, initiative and adaptability
are also essential for this role.
