Our client, an independent Lettings agent in Exeter, are looking for a trainee or experienced lettings Co-Ordinator to join their team with great hours, pay up to £25,000 and higher than normal holiday allowance.
 
The main responsibilities of this position will include the start to finish process for new tenants, from application to move in. This will include referencing tenant applications, serving compliance documentation, data inputting, arranging inventories, liaising with applicants and landlords, overseeing initial rent and deposit payments and issuing legal documentation and moving the tenant in, whilst supporting the team with general letting detail.
 
The applicant must be well versed in customer services, have office experience, organisational skills, critical thinker, understand discretion and data protection relating to personal information and have a keen eye for detail whilst working in a frequently busy environment.
 
Hours of work will be 9-5.30 Monday to Friday (occasional Sat cover – 9am to 2pm)
 
Salary in the region of Salary £22,000 to £25,000 with Five Weeks Holiday Plus Bank Holidays and City Centre Parking Space.
