We are looking for an experienced lettings tenancy coordinator to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in administration and property to join a busy business in the heart of Cheltenham.
Prior experience in the lettings industry is essential and qualification to ARLA Property Mark level 2 or 3 is preferable but not essential as additional training can be worked toward. The candidate should have good working knowledge of CFP Winman software and have experience in drawing up Tenancy Agreements.
As a lettings tenancy coordinator, you will be the main point of contact between their Landlord clients and applicants during the application and new tenancy stage and will be responsible for the general organisation and administration of new tenancy progression and set up. You will additionally be assisting the team with wider day to day duties as needed.
You will show a high aptitude for communication, organisation, customer service skills, team work and an eye for detail.
Primary role duties:
·Arranging new tenancy documentation including contracts and associated legislative documents
·Reference preparation and liaising with the reference firm and clients as required.
·Arranging renewals and tenancy extensions
·Booking inventories and any other required contractors for works pre tenancy.
·Key management and arrangement for new tenancies.
