My client is a well known and well established independent estate agent in Matlock. They have a vacancy for a lettings all rounder who can negotiate, manage properties and do some administration.
You will be expected to do the following tasks :-
?Pro-actively search and obtain new business for the company, i.e new properties/new landlords
?Book Market Appraisals and POMs
?Ensure Properties meet current legislation for letting purposes
?Arrange and attend on Viewings
?Deal with Applications
?Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
?Attend on Check Ins/Check Outs
?Carry out regular property Inspections
?Audit Safety Certificates
?Coordinate Tenancy Renewals
?Oversee and approve Maintenance
?Deal with all aspects of the Deposit Scheme
?Manage Property Income and Expenses
?Serve Notices to Quit
?Deal with any incoming enquiries/queries to do with Property
Must be a strong communicator with
Good Customer Service Skills and Relations is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Use of Vebra or Jupix Property Software not essential but beneficial
Varied and challenging role
NFoPP Residential Lettings & Property Management Level 3 not essential but beneficial
ARLA/Propertymark member beneficial.
A minimum of 12 months? experience within Property Management
Full clean UK driving licence and own car is a must.
Strong knowledge of property management and the local area
Well-presented and professional
Personable, efficient and very organised.
