A great opportunity to join a market leading agent in Oxford.

Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking Lettings Coordinator to join their team.

You will be responsible for;

¡Assist with letting and renewal of all new and existing properties in accordance with LetMC procedures and our clients required standards
¡Organise marketing of properties (including brochures) in co-ordination with the Lettings Negotiator and Lettings Branch Manager
¡To ensure all lettings systems and procedures are complied with on LetMC and to the required standards
¡Assist with regular collation of branch performance figures for the Lettings Branch Manager
¡Ensure signed terms of business, instructions and property questionnaires are fully completed, signed and returned by every landlord (new and existing)
¡Incoming and outgoing post to be dealt with each morning accurately
¡Report office maintenance issues to the Property Manager
¡Prepare paperwork for renewals
¡Conduct viewings (when required) to the required standards
¡Assist Lettings Branch Manager in running an effective database to identify potential landlords

You will be responsible for;

•Process all paperwork within 24 hours from point of offer being agreed, to include:
oObtaining and Verifying ID
oTaking and Allocating Application Fee
oLoad full deal to LetMC
oEnsure the tenancy agreement is created correctly, ensuring all special clauses are added to the tenancy agreement
oLoading references to the chosen referencing agent, chasing these with the tenants, ensuing that the reference for each tenant and guarantor has passed and fit criteria in time for the tenancy to start
oCollecting and Allocating First month’s rent and deposit for all tenancies
oCreate and deliver Let Agreed canvasses – minimum of 50 per property
•Create, order and save brochures and window cards for all properties on market following instruction from Negotiator
•Full responsibility Change of Sharers & Early Terminations - from point of contact, follow through to completion
•Release Deposits for Let Only and Rent Collection tenancies
•To visit all properties that go on market
•Ad-hoc viewings

You will need knowledge with;

• Property legislation (undertake/complete ARLA technical award)
• Local area
• LetMC (and other) processes and procedures
• Purpose of “Lettings and Property Management”
