Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator for their busy office in Whitley Bay.
ÂˇRegistering and properly qualifying applicants via telephone & email.
ÂˇConducting viewings and establishing rapport with applicants
ÂˇSending new properties via email register.
ÂˇProvide regular feedback to Landlords
ÂˇMaintain ongoing business relationships with landlords, including price reviews, and general marketing advice
ÂˇNegotiate terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
ÂˇPreparing all paperwork in connection with any offers received
ÂˇFollow Health & Safety procedures at all times
ÂˇEnsure company client service standards are met at all times
ÂˇDevelop and manager the Lettings Portfolio
ÂˇAnswer all incoming lettings and sales queries
ÂˇStrong interpersonal skills
ÂˇStrong communication skills- verbal and written
ÂˇTo show an adaptable approach to work
ÂˇTo be computer literate
ÂˇTo have an organised approach to administration
ÂˇTo be a confident âself starterâ
ÂˇTo possess influencing and persuading skills
ÂˇTo be an effective team player, within a lively fast paced environment.
ÂˇTo be of smart appearance
ÂˇA Full clean UK driving licence
