An exciting opportunity for a Referencing Co-ordinator to join a fantastic company in Greater Manchester.
Managing the referencing process from the let agreed stage to signing of contracts
Using the eligibility criteria to make an initial assessment on applicants
Efficient processing of new applications
Identifying any potential problems with applications at the earliest opportunity
Prepare all necessary documents including tenancy agreements
Update and communicate with the Property Management Team
To be suitable for this role you must be detail orientated, process driven and have the ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment. You will need previous experience within an office environment, preferably a residential lettings environment.
