We are seeking a experienced Lettings Advisor to work within this varied role in the busy Bradford area. The candidate will ideally have a minimum of 12-18 months experience.
Our clients office is a vibrant, busy lettings environment so they require somebody who can use their own initiative and display a positive, “can do” approach to the role. It is imperative for the successful candidate to be able to deliver under pressure and be confident dealing with clients in person and on the phone
Knowledge of Bradford specific to the City Centre area would be beneficial but not essential.
The Lettings Advisor is responsible for the day to day management of properties for Let whilst supporting general enquiries and day to day lettings transactions.
The Lettings advisor will be responsible for their own workload & external appointment arranging, ensuring own workload also provides team support & office cover 50 % of the week would be out of the office on appointments & viewing
Responsibilities and Duties
·Registering and properly qualifying applicants via telephone & email.
·Sending new properties via email register.
·Provide regular feedback to Landlords
·Maintain ongoing business relationships with landlords, including price reviews, and general marketing advice
·Negotiate terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
·Preparing all paperwork in connection with any offers received
·Recording all actions and conversations on Gemini Lettings management software.
·Recording Property Sales action and sales process on Alto software
·Listing new properties including description and imagery via Alto software.
·Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
·Ensure client service standards are met at all times
·Opening, distributing and franking post; e-mails are responded to in a timely manner
·Filing; invoicing; weekly and monthly statistics; supporting the team with administrative duties when required
·Undertaking Inventory drafting and Checks.
·Undertaking Property Viewings within City Centre and wider Bradford

·To be computer literate with skills to include use of Alto, Gemini, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and floor plan software.

·To be of smart appearance
·12 – 18 months minimum experience within Estate Agency
·Full Driving License with own car.
