Our client is a large property organisation specialising in property sales and lettings. They are currently seeking a quality standards officer for their Exeter office which could be a full or part time role and home or office based with full time salary around £20,000 pa.
This is a great role for a candidate with previous lettings experience who is seeking something a little different. The role can be between 20 - 40 hours per week and hours can be flexible to fit the candidate. Some office work will be expected when attending team meetings and carrying out staff assessments so living a commutable distance to Exeter will be required but the majority of the work can be home based.
The role will include:
·Working in a fast paced environment auditing teams and individuals ensuring best practice
·Identifying training and coaching requirements
·Providing support to the Conduct & Compliance Officer
·Supporting Individuals and provide coaching to team members
·Providing analysis of results and trends to superiors to identify poor performance and process improvements
·Checking call recording for auditing, performance reviews, complaint handling and client audits
·Provide excellent customer service and strive to meed and exceed goals and targets
·Be aware of lettings laws and regulations (training provided)
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
·Excellent analytical skills, proven customer service skills and be able to communicate at high level
·Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
·Ability to remain objective and accurate when investigating issues
·IT literate in MS office applications
·Great administration skills
·Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
·Leadership and mentoring abilities
CRB check will be required and ARLA (Association of residential letting agents) training will be provided. This is a really unique role and with flexible hours for the right candidate makes it a rare and exciting opportunity. Salary £20,000 pa or pro rata for part time.
