Successful North London Franchise with a robust brand and commitment to delivering premium customer service are looking to add a Property Manager to their team.
Your mission will be to manage the property portfolio delivering excellent customer service relieving, the lettings negotiators to focus on business development.
The Person Must Be/have:-
·Ideally Minimum of 1 year working as a proven Property Manager
·ARLA Qualification (Desirable)
·Resilient and tactful
·Great Listening skills and able to negotiate issues through to a satisfactory outcome for all parties concerned.
·Holds others to the commitments they make and able to follow through effectively to keep these on track.
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Willing to work hard and go the extra mile to maintain our premium customer service reputation.
·Organised, manages routine processes well and efficiently and meets deadlines with strong attention to detail.
·Be the difference in maintaining the property stock in good condition and making them profitable for the client.
·Commitment to be the best by continuously improving your knowledge & skills through the quality training provided.
·Preparing Move-In Files & End of Tenancy Check Out
·Processing renewals & Acquiring references
·Processing Automatic Landlord Payments
·Arranging gas and other certificates with tenants and landlords
·Dealing with Maintenance issues
·Compliance for Sales & Lettings

·Basic salary £20,000
·Monday - friday 9-6
