Key responsibilities will include:
-Registering new applicants
-Generating and accompanying viewings.
-Following up and carrying out feedback
-Carrying out Valuations on properties and taking details or training to carry out valuations
-Making sure that you are aware of all current legislation
Valuing is not essential as full training will be provided in the future for the right person.
