Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Manager to come and join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years estate agency experience within the lettings sector and have an outstanding track record for high performance and delivering results.
As a Lettings manager you will be responsible for:
Generating new instructions.
Increasing market share.
Existing stock management.
Increasing occupied portfolio.
Liaising with landlords and tenants ensuring good communication and excellent customer service.
