Job Location

Our client is a well established Lettings Company who have offices in London, Birmingham and Sheffield. They are currently looking  for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with at least 2 years’ experience, well presented  and self-motivated with the capability of working on their own and is target driven. This position will cover various sites in the UK
 
The candidate must have knowledge of current Lettings Legislation.
 
Main Duties
 
·Manage the HCGB mail boxes and liaise with Tenants
·Answering the Lettings team, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
·General administration duties
·Tenancy Progression with New Lets and Renewals
·Production of documentation to ensure that the tenancy file is complete, including references
·Assist accounts with Tenant rents
·Prepare Monthly reports
 
 
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
 
·Experience within the property industry is essential.
·Strong administrative/organisational background.
·Able to use own initiative
·Impeccable written and spoken English
·Strong IT skills essential
·Microsoft Office literate
·Web/email literate.
·Literate and numerate
·Co-operative and helpful attitude
 
Our client will offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
