An exciting position has arisen as a Lettings Administrator within a successful, friendly and award winning agency based in Andover.
Our client is looking for an administrator who preferably has sales or lettings experience although not essential, but they must have a genuine interest in the property field and have knowledge of the local area.  
This role will involve a lot of customer interaction in a thriving and interesting industry and you will be working in the sales & lettings department of this busy agency office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, a strong communicator, but more importantly will have a successful and current career in administration.
The main roles within the position will include:
·Booking and performing property viewings and inspections.
·Registering tenants and potential buyers, to then match to suitable properties.
·Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
·Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords.
·Maximising team results by sharing information with sales & lettings team members to generate additional business.
·Handle some of the sales progression of properties that are sold ( subject to contact).
·Working to team and personal targets.
You will be expected to have strong IT and admin skills, an eye for detail and are comfortable working in a team and on your own.

The working day is 09:00am to 18:00pm in the week with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am to 16:00pm with a day in lieu.
A full UK driving licence with at least a years driving experience is essential and you must be able to commute comfortably to work each day.
