A reputable Independent firm in Bath are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team.
Duties of the role include:
- General Lettings Administration
- Assisting the Property Manager with Maintenance issues and repairs across the portfolio
- Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
- Manage Tenancy Renewals
- Co-ordinating of referencing
- Booking of appointments
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the lettings and property management administration process and will be a team player.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm.
