Lettings Administrator required for established and busy agent in the Falmouth area with salary in the region of £17-18,000.

The company is looking for a person who is already working in administration or residential lettings and is looking to make a difference and join a company with an already large existing portfolio of property.
You will be a polite and articulate person, who is a great team player, able to communicate at all levels, is well-presented, hard-working and motivated. You will need excellent attention to detail and be methodical in your approach to your work as you will be responsible for rent collections, landlord and contractor payments. You will also be involved with all aspects of lettings such as booking appointments, carrying out viewings and negotiating deals.
