My client is a well known and highly successful independent Estate Agency doing residential sales and lettings. They are looking for a full time Lettings Administrator to complement their great team.
The Administrator job role is to support the Lettings Teams in various administrative duties. Agency experience is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of Administration experience is essential though.
Their other criteria is to:

·Be articulate and well-presented
·Be Positive and happy within a very fast paced environment
·Have good communication skills both written and verbal
·Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
Salary £17k-£24k dependant on experience.
