My client is a successful and expanding Independent Estate Agent with an enviable record for great customer service. They are looking for a Lettings Administrator who can sort out enquiries from tenants, do tenant referencing, data imputing, paperwork and the keeping of records and all back office administration at their successful Allestree Branch.
You will be smart, intelligent and very well organized. You will be a team player but you must also be able to work on your own initiative. You will have administrative experience but not necessarily in Lettings. It would be helpful if you had some property experience but life experience is probably more important for this role so you will be calm and mature in outlook.
My client is offering a basic salary of up to £17,000 plus bonus. This is an office based position.
