My client are a large up and coming property company that are growing at a rapid rate. Due to recent growth in the Lettings sector, they are now seeking a competent Administrator to join the fun, friendly and dynamic team.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the team in the management of residential properties and create homes for residents by providing seamless administrative support to all stakeholders through developing and sustaining trusted relationships.
Duties will include;
Â§Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards.
Â§Maintain a good working relationship with Lettings Clients.
Â§Provide general administration to all tenancy related matters.
Â§Ensuring that individual KPIâs are met wherever possible.
Â§Adhere to relevant regulations at all times.
Â§Manage hard and soft copy data and e-mails and ensure that the property management system remains updated.
Â§Deal with Landlords/Tenants queries verbally and in written form.
Â§Ensure the Landlords remain updated concerning all management issues.
Â§Deliver consistently high levels of Customer Service.
Â§To carry out any daily / weekly reporting checks
Â§Any other duty as assigned by your line manager
The successful candidate will have;
Â§Understanding of effective customer service
Â§Good standard of education with strong skills in numeracy and literacy
Â§Experience of working in a fast paced office environment.
Â§Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Â§Diligent with attention to detail
Â§Good time management
Â§Effectively prioritise and manage own workload
