A great opportunity to join a well-established, Independent Estate and Letting Agent in Horbury, West Yorkshire.
Based in a busy Lettings office, the role will predominantly be dealing with the Lettings administration side of the business and duties will include:
Duties to include:
ÂˇFront of house duties
ÂˇRegistering applicants when needed
ÂˇDealing with telephone and email enquiries
ÂˇPreparing paperwork for a property from being let through to move in
ÂˇArranging inspections as and when required
ÂˇUpdating the website
ÂˇAssisting with marketing
ÂˇProviding applicants and landlords with regular feedback
ÂˇBooking and managing property maintenance
The ideal candidate will be very organized and some previous residential lettings experiences is preferred. You must also have exceptional administration skills and be a personable team focused individual who pride themselves on delivering first class customer service. This is a junior role with plenty of scope for further progression.
