Lettings Administrator required for growing city centre letting agency.
Over the next 12 months the business will grow rapidly as new developments will come to fruition. As the company expands, you’ll be a key player in this growth and for the right candidate; career progression will naturally follow.
Day to day tasks will vary from referencing prospective tenants, listing new properties to let, organising property maintenance, drawing up tenancy agreements, utilities management, and ensuring all paperwork and administrative processes are up to date.
·You should be highly organised and excel in both written and verbal communication.
·You’ll be a mouthpiece for the company when it comes to dealing with landlords and tenants so your customer service skills will be second to none.
·Your keen eye for detail will ensure day to day lettings run seamlessly and your ability to problem solve will keep tenant/landlord issues to a minimum.
·When dealing with property maintenance you’ll have common sense skills and not shy away from difficult tasks.
·Your positive attitude will encourage you to get ‘stuck in’ to other areas of the business and you’ll be excited to be part of a growing business.
A full clean driving license is essential as there will be requirements for property inspections or occasional viewings.
Ideally 1 year experience in lettings, although this role would suit someone who is keen to begin a career within the letting industry.
Salary £16,000. This is a full time Monday – Friday role.
