A successful and expanding independent agency with a strong network of branches is looking to grow their Land department and appoint a Land Manager to join their team.
 
Key Elements of the Role:
 
·Identifying and prospecting development opportunities identified by the Residential Sales team.
 
·Assisting, appraising, and supporting developers with identified development opportunities.
 
·Presenting development opportunities to clients, providing outline pricing and GDVs.
 
·Prospecting new opportunities.
 
·Assisting and supporting The New Homes Team to ensure a smooth transition of a new development to be sold by the Sales Team.
 
 
Strong networking and communication skills are required, as well as a sound understanding of the planning process, land values, and the ability to negotiate the best terms for the business.
 
A competitive salary awaits the self-motivated candidate for this interesting and exciting role, with a package ranging from £50,000 - £75,000 depending on the depth of experience.
 
A five-day week is worked.
 
A full driving licence, plus own car is essential.
