·This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
·Specialising in Sales in this busy Agency.
·Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
·Booking property valuations.
·Occasionally carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers
·Negotiating property Sales, liaising between and vendors / purchasers.
·Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
·Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders and Surveyors as part of the Sales Progression process.
·Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
·Taking charge the Branch in the Managers absence.
·Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
As this is a Senior Negotiators role, you will already an experienced Estate Agent, with a strong knowledge of both Sales, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.
You must have:
·A minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience including Valuing
·Strong negotiation skills.
·A good understanding of Estate Agency and the Sales process.
·A high level of commercial awareness.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
·A keen eye for detail.
·Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
·Able to work to targets.
·A willingness to go the extra mile.
·A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
