This is a fundamental and important role within a National Investment and Property Management company. The main thrust of the role is to ensure good volumes of quality properties are sourced within the Bristol and Birmingham area.

This role will be based from their Filton office and will include traveling to the Birmingham area twice a week but based in Bristol the other 3 days, the role and the key objective is to ensure that all properties sourced meet and/or exceed the criteria required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a unique individual who will ensure the process of placing properties with investors? runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

-On-line property searches
-Visiting agents
-Viewing and assessment
-B2L model
-Negotiating offers
-Instructing surveys/lawyers
-Instructing roof and damp reports
-Develop & maintain off market contacts
-Reviewing sites for price changes, etc.
-Reporting to HQ
-Networking and finding new investor leads
-Meeting investors in regional locations
-Post (schedules, etc.)
-Phone calls/messages
-Logging information
-E-mail enquiries
-Working closely with Contracts Managers within the business
Essential Requirements:

-Full UK driver?s license
-Previous buying experience of multiple properties
-Good geographical knowledge of region/s
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work to deadlines
-Ability to influence others

The role comes with an excellent basic salary and commission structure and many further benefits- you will also be provided with a company car.

The ideal person will have Estate Agency experience, be forward thinking, truly passionate about property and very team focused. You must have lots of energy, be customer orientated and willing to go the extra mile.

You must be a sales person through and through and very self motivated.
