Inventory Clerk (Full Time or Part Time considered) – Various locations throughout Essex

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Estate Agents has arisen for a role as an Inventory Clerk. The successful candidate will be joining an award-winning company working on a full-time or part-time basis within a busy lettings department.

Competitive salary, Full Time Basic Salary CIRCA £18,000 – £20,000pa prorated down dependant on number of days worked plus commission and bonuses. Realistic OTE £22,000 - £24,000 p/a depending on extent of related experience.

About you:
Ideally successful candidates should have previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories. However, my client will consider confident and professional individuals who have worked face to face with customers in another industry who also retain strong admin skills.

You will be preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports), conducting routine visits to rental properties and ‘check out’ inspections upon expiry of a tenancy. You will need to be strong enough in character to deal with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Occasional Saturdays, and where worked a day off in lieu will be taken during the week.
