Our Client is looking for an Inventory Clerk in there Havering, Essex office.
Ideally the successful candidate should have previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories.
Alternatively we will consider confident and professional individuals who have worked face to face with customers in another industry who also retain very strong Admin skills.
They will need to be strong enough in character to deal with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants.
Where disputes arise they will also be responsible for attempting to negotiate a mutually acceptable settlement.
The successful individual will be preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports), conducting routine visits to rental properties and ‘check out’ inspections upon expiry of a tenancy.
The role is temporary but depending on whether our existing member of staff
returns from her maternity leave, it could become permanent.
Working hours primarily Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Occasional Saturdays, and where worked a day off in lieu will be taken during the week. Must be a car driver.
Basic salary circa £18,000/£19,000 p/a plus bonuses. OTE circa £21,000 p/a.
